It was a fantastic stay for a vacation, would be happy to recommend this place. Everything about this small hotel was great. The venue's position was very central. There were shops and supermarkets around the property.

It's clean. Almost the center. Room was with a window in the yard - very quiet. shower's great. Bed is comfortable.
Four stars "stretched". For this price (more than 150 euros for two) overnight, higher level was expected. No card system, no bathrobes, weak air conditioner (Aermec fancoil cooled weakly at full capacity). doors to the room and bath can hardly be opened/closed - they cling to the floor. minibar was hard to find (there were only 2 bottles of water, that's all! What kind of four stars are they?

Efficient service offered in this hotel. the breakfast food was appetizing and included coffee and pastries. - the staff were extremely polite and outstandingly accommodating and knew how to help. - I greatly enjoyed the absolutely perfect location, very close to the main square of Dorsoduro neighborhood, the shopping center of Milan, and sightseeing close to the duomo.

Location is excellent. Breakfast without hot, it's absolutely not critical. big balcony in the room is also a plus.
Blowing out the windows, the bathroom floor is cold.

The location is absolutely great! It is located half way from Duomo and half way from Porta Ticinese and Navigli. Via Torino is one of the most croweded streets during the whole day since there are many shops. The street is also live after the sunset since it is used by most of tourists who want to get to Navigli and they are coming from Duomo on foot. There are a lot of bars 3 minutes away from the hotel. Also I really enjoyed the hotel personel and the fact that our sheets/towels were changed daily
What I didn't like was that the great breakfast (a great variety and very good quality) was served in a small room in the basement. We really didn't have any problems finding a table but in case the hotel is full, I don't think that everyone would find one. After all, there is a great winter garden in the ground floor that would be great to be used for breakfast also.

The manager of the hotel is a lady that makes sure you feel very welcome, you can see a touch of a female hand all over the place. Very good service, they are polite and indulge your every need. Excellent location, very important if you have a short stay like we did. The rooms are decent, a bit old, but the overall impression is clean. All in all the prices are very decent for a city center(I don't believe there is another one with this kind of service in the center of Milan, considering the price). Excellent breakfast. The parking is a huge plus if you are traveling by car. I will for sure come again.
The only thing that bothered me a bit was that one of the receptionist was rude, but since this is not so uncommon in Italy, just treat him the way he treats you and you'll be fine. All the other people from the staff were super nice.

The hospitality of the staff and natural care and cheerfullness. Location is next to perfect and all the questions re stay (incl resturant recommendation, making calls, arrangemtns, being v concerned about the comfort) were approached highly professionally and in a friendly and "only for you" manner.
The 1 st night (Thur-to Fri) was a disaster as the room was facing a Medici street and the noise from the opposite hotel was terrible till after mindnight and the pure hell and horror of garbage removal started @ 4:30 am till 7 am. We could not sleep and the nerves were just raw. The night consierge knew this routine problem, was v apologetic but could not move us. The hotel should not / never place the guests in this room on this particular night of the week. Or to be totally fair and warn & cut the price. Anyway, in our case we were moved to the perfect room facing the patio with private terrace for the next 2 nights. Hotel really tried to make up and they were v genuine and helpful.

Very small room. For one night may be enough but with few days' stay must be tiring. Great location, nice breakfast, especially coffee.
